Day 5 of Golden Ratio 7 day Journaling Challenge

I listened to the 432hz 1 hr with music at 6:40am this morning.

I felt very impatient and frustrated while listening this morning. the feeling felt like a stone in my chest.

then my nose was itchy and I refused to scratch it, it was like my body was objecting to listening to this again today 😂.

Eventually the itch and impatience dissipated and then I fell asleep - which wasn't surprising as I had a long active day yesterday in a heat wave.

I feel like today was a day of testing whether I would do the practice or not a type of "Hump day" with not much happening and feeling like I am not making any progress but know that if I keep going there will be more adventures and meaningful change/ transformation. 💖
