Day 4 of Golden Ratio Journaling Challenge

I listened to 432hz with music 24mins lying down at 8am - had woken at 6am but drifted back to sleep until 8am - the Joys of being on leave this week!

I felt pure relaxation and ease for most of the session.

At some point It felt like and I could see that I had picked a bunch of flowers - pink Phlox similar to those I had seen at a garden visit yesterday - they are an old cottage garden type flower - I love these flowers particularly their scent and then I noticed I could smell their fragrance and scent as if they were really in my hand - then the thought crossed my mind that the window is opened and the scent is coming from the flowers outside - even though I don't have Phlox in my garden - either way the scent was Heavenly and I noticed when I had completed the meditation and as I write in my journal with the window open I am not aware of any flower scents in the room.

Again what I am loving about the 432hz is the visuals they create for my engagement and enjoyment.

So I googled a bit of the history of Phlox Paniculata - they are native to North America and are popular for their fragrance which gets stronger when weather is warmer.

Phlox means flame and they are sometimes known as the flame flower.

There is a belief that Phlox symbolizes togetherness with other related meanings including Harmony Friendship unity partnership and eternal love.

The Phlox even appears in Homers Odyssey where the sailors have to drop their torches to the ground that then bloom with red Phlox.

Feeling so grateful to the Phlox for revealing its beauty and fragrance in my meditation.
